All aboard the Soul Train! Travel from station to station challenging you through a series of cardio and strength based exercises. Your entire body will get a workout using different equipment such as cable machines, medicine balls, resistance bands, free weights and kettlebells, just to name a few!

 

Work at your own pace, all fitness levels are welcome. We will motivate you and help get you closer to your fitness destination.
